The Mind Spirit Network is a Venue.

It is important to realize that this Site acts as a venue to allow anyone to offer Spiritually oriented services, therapies, practices, readings, talks, private consultations, workshops, events and shows and, numerous kinds of spiritual, holistic and alternative/complementary therapies and disciplines, and to broadcast through this venue, live web casts, pre recorded films and data in support of their services or practices, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats, including a fixed price format, pay to view, and pay per minute transactions or, provide a free service.

We are not involved in the actual transaction between practitioners and clients. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the services offered or items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of the services offered or listed on this site, we do however attempt to maintain the highest standards on the site.

The Mind Spirit Network provides this service for and on behalf of the exhibitors, practitioners and clients and, all liability for transactions made on the site are between practitioners and clients, all monies received through the Mind Spirit Network service are held on behalf of the practitioners and their clients.

Therapists, Practitioners and Psychic consultants:

Mind Spirit Network does not imply that Mind Spirit Network is providing supply of therapies, treatments or consultations. The Mind Spirit Network functions and receives remuneration solely for the networking of bringing together the two or more parties and, all liabilities are between those parties, Mind Spirit Network does not necessarily endorse viewpoints presented by instructors, speakers, therapists, private consultations or any practitioners on this site. You are responsible for your own beliefs. Mind Spirit Network and it's independent practitioners do not intend for any information received from this site or from any services listed within this site or outside this site, that is associated with this organization, to constitute professional advice for which professional license is required. If you are in need of professional assistance (i.e. doctor, psychiatrist, lawyer, financial advisor, etc.), please seek it. The Mind Spirit Network Venue is provided for entertainment only.

Specifically forbidden on Mind Spirit Network are the following:

Pornography, hate or bigotry, politics, promotion of violence in any form, illegal activities, anything that degrades people or slanders them, promotion or marketing of sexual aids or toys, spamming in any form, or misleading and false information. Any infringement on this will be grounds for immediate cancellation of all association with Mind Spirit Network.

Receipts and Payments:

Mind Spirit Network for the convenience of practitioners and their clients, provides online credit and debit card processing facilities with WorldPay, and all payments received on behalf of Mind Spirit Network practitioners and clients are subject to WorldPay terms and conditions.

Monies received and held by Mind Spirit Network on behalf of practitioners and clients (subject to WorldPay terms and conditions,) will be forwarded to the appropriate practitioners and clients entitled to receive such payment, (where humanly possible and allowing for public and bank holidays) within seven working days of receipt of monies received on your behalf from your WorldPay transactions, minus WorldPay processing fees (currently 5%) and any charge backs you may have incurred and, less any handling fees agreed by practitioners and clients of Mind Spirit Network when signing up to provide a service on this site.

Mind Spirit Network reserves the right to change our online payment processing provider as and when it is considered appropriate.

Membership Eligibility:

Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Mind Spirit Network members. If you are under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our Site. Further, your Mind Spirit Network account (including feedback) and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement
